General planning mainly has four components: 

the architectural performances (object design, object monitoring ), 

the specialized planner performances for which we as a general planner take over responsibility)

management, technical coordination and control tasks, 

additional consult and support. 

Therefore this is only a little bit more expensive than the usual way of planning. (An approximation on this basis is also possible on request.)
